Q: Is there a significant difference between PCCard SDK2 and SDK3?

A: SDK2 is for older PowerBooks with a NuBus, while SDK3 is for later PowerBooks, which contain a PCI bus (rather of a NuBus). Both of the SDKs are in the PC Card SDKs, which are contained on the Developer Series: Mac OS SDK CD.
